Jewish Culture School's Honey Cake


24 oz. honey, boiled and cooled
1 cup strong coffee

4 eggs, beaten light
2 tablespoons vgetable oil
1 cup sugar

3-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1) Combine the boiled honey and coffee in one bowl. Combine the egg mixture in a large bowl. Combine the flour mixture in a third bowl.
2) Add the honey mixture and the flour mixture to the egg mixture gradually. Mix well.
3) Grease a lasagna-size pan or use parchment paper.
4) Cook at 300 degrees for about 1 hour.
